Some bad people used a homemade bomb to attack a house in a village in Manipur, India.
The bomb hit the wall of the house while a family was sleeping.
A little boy who was five years old and his baby sister who was only six months old got very hurt and sadly died.
Their mom was also badly hurt.
Police found another bomb that did not explode near the house.
A special police team called the NIA is investigating to find out who did this.
They arrested the first person they think is involved, a man named S. Palal Thadou.

Many people in the area were sad and angry and held protests after the attack.
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested S. Palal Thadou, the first accused in the April 7 IED attack on a residential house in Bishnupur district, Manipur.
