Tamannaah and Sidharth Share Spiritual Connection Through Sadhguru

Tamannaah Bhatia says spirituality is an important part of her life.

She described herself as very spiritual in a recent interview.

She said she met her co-star Sidharth Malhotra years ago at the Isha Yoga Centre.

Tamannaah also said she found her guru at an important time in her life.

To her, spirituality means accepting life as it is, not running away from it.

While filming a Chhath scene for The Vvaan, she thought about how the sun sets and rises again.

She connected this with the idea that difficult times can be followed by better ones.

She said the film’s team wanted to treat the Chhath sequence respectfully.
