Avas Wellness Expands Its Vision for Luxury Living in Alibaug
Avas Wellness is a company creating homes and lifestyle experiences in Alibaug.
Its founder, Aditya Kilachand, says a good home is only one part of living well.
Avas also wants to offer places for exercise, health, sports, food, relaxation and spending time with other people.
Its plans include new homes, wellness and racquet clubs, and a hospitality destination called Casa Avāna.
The Avas Wellness Club is expected to open in early 2027.
The company says each community will have its own design while sharing a focus on nature and wellbeing.
Better travel links from Mumbai may make it easier for people to spend more time in Alibaug.
Founder and CEO Aditya Kilachand says Avas aims to build an integrated lifestyle environment, not just homes.
Alaaya by Avas will offer large land parcels and a Court Club focused on sport, fitness and social activities.
The Avas Wellness Club is planned to open in early 2027, with preventive health, longevity, fitness and recovery offerings.
Other planned elements include the Avas Racquet Club, Casa Avāna hospitality and dining, and an Avas Club membership.
