BJP Leaders Across India Mark PM Modi’s 76th Birthday
BJP leaders and supporters held special lamp-lighting events for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday.
The events were called “Aashirwad Ka Diya,” which means “Lamp of Blessings.”
People lit lamps to wish Modi good health and a long life.
Delhi held a large display with about 1.25 lakh diyas at Kartavya Path.
In Ujjain, more than 25 lakh diyas were lit beside the Kshipra River.
Yogi Adityanath joined the event in Lucknow.
Amit Shah attended a ceremony in Ahmedabad, while Rajnath Singh lit a lamp from his home.
BJP workers and public figures in several other places also took part.

More than 25 lakh diyas illuminated the banks of the Kshipra River in Ujjain, where leaders floated lamps at Ramghat.
Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Kangana Ranaut and other BJP figures also lit lamps or offered birthday wishes for Modi.
