La Caixa Foundation Visits Uttar Pradesh, Meets Women Entrepreneurs
The 'la Caixa' Foundation and Development Alternatives visited Uttar Pradesh to meet women entrepreneurs who are driving e-rickshaws and running businesses, like battery charging stations.
These women are breaking social barriers and creating jobs, with support from a multi-stakeholder platform called Aarya Manch.
The initiative, called Safe Mobility, is helping women become entrepreneurs and creating new livelihood opportunities.
