Typhoon Dolphin Disrupts Japan and China; Flights Face Cancellations

A very big storm called Typhoon Dolphin is causing problems in East Asia.

East Asia is a part of the world near Japan and China.

The storm is stopping planes, boats, and airports from working normally.

It first hit a place in Japan called Okinawa.

The wind there was super strong, blowing up to 144 kilometers per hour.

Because of this, the airport in Naha was closed down.

All flights going in and out were cancelled for a while.

The Japanese government told people living in Okinawa and Kagoshima to leave their homes to be safe.

There was heavy rain and dangerous waves, too.

If you are planning to travel there, you should check your flight before you go.
