Five Bodies Recovered From Nepal Hydropower Tunnel After Floods

Floods damaged a hydropower project in Nepal.

Six workers were thought to be trapped inside its tunnel.

Indian and Nepali rescue teams worked for several days to reach them.

They removed mud, slush, rocks and water from the tunnel.

The teams reached the underground powerhouse on Wednesday.

Sadly, they found no survivors.

They recovered the bodies of five people.

The floods began after an ice-rock avalanche near the Nepal-Tibet border.
