Prime Minister Modi opened parts of new highways in Delhi, costing about ₹11,000 crore, to reduce traffic and improve travel.
He criticized past governments for not developing Delhi and highlighted BJP's simultaneous presence in power in multiple states.
The projects include sections of the Dwarka Expressway and Urban Extension Road-II, aiming to ease congestion and enhance connectivity in the NCR.
