Abida Rana said the driver abused and threatened her before repeatedly obstructing her path on August 2.
Police identified the driver as Nitesh Maheshwari, who submitted a written apology with Arjun Singh Meena.
The driver assured police that the alleged behavior would not happen again after Rana filed a complaint.
