Indian Muslim Clerics Meet RSS Chief to Discuss National Interest
Imagine two big groups in India, Hindus and Muslims, haven't always understood each other.
To try to fix this, leaders from both groups decided to talk.
Over 60 important Muslim religious leaders met with the head of a big Hindu group, the RSS.
They talked about how to get along better and help the country.
This meeting was special because it was the first time many of these Muslim leaders met with the RSS.
They hope that by talking, they can build trust and work together for a better India.
They plan to have more talks in the future.
Over 60 imams, maulanas, and muftis met with RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat in New Delhi.
The meeting was organized by the All India Imam Organisation on its 50th anniversary.
The dialogue, called Samvad, focused on bridging religious divides between Hindu and Muslim communities.
