Maharashtra Congress Organizes Job Fairs and Satyagrahas
The Maharashtra Congress party is trying to help young people find jobs.
They are doing this by holding job fairs where companies can meet job seekers and offer them positions.
They are also organizing peaceful protests, called Rojgar Satyagrahas, to bring attention to job issues in different areas, like agriculture and engineering.
The goal is to create more opportunities for people to find work, since many are applying for a limited number of government jobs.
The party wants to show they are helping people, even though they are not currently in charge of the government.
This initiative is aimed at addressing the rising unemployment rates among the youth.
The Maharashtra Congress is organizing job fairs to connect with youth and address unemployment.
The first job fair was held at the party's state headquarters in Mumbai and drew over 1,200 job seekers.
77 companies participated in the job fair, with 413 candidates shortlisted and 244 receiving offer letters.
The party plans to expand these job fairs across the state and organize Rojgar Satyagrahas.
These initiatives aim to highlight employment issues and provide constructive solutions.
