Sooraj Pancholi shares motivational post after Jiah Khan acquittal
An actor named Sooraj Pancholi shared a new picture on Instagram.
In the picture, he looks different and has a new hairstyle.
He wrote that giving up is not in his blood.
He has been in the news because he was in trouble a long time ago.
A woman he knew, Jiah Khan, passed away in 2013.
People thought Sooraj might be responsible, and he was arrested.
He went to court and had to wait 14 years for the case to finish.
Finally, the court said he was innocent and let him go.
But some people and media still ask questions about the case.
Sooraj says there are no unanswered questions because the court already decided.
He wants people to check the facts before judging him.
Actor Sooraj Pancholi shared a motivational Instagram post captioned 'Giving up is not in the blood sir' while showing off his new look.
He recently opened up about scrutiny he faced despite being acquitted in the Jiah Khan case by a special CBI court.
Pancholi said he endured a 14-year court trial and was acquitted based on facts, evidence, and the law, with no 'unanswered questions' from legal proceedings.
Jiah Khan was found dead at her Mumbai residence on June 3, 2013, and Pancholi was arrested and charged with abetment of suicide before being granted bail.
Pancholi said he was only 20 when the incident happened, had known Jiah for barely four months, and spent 14 years fighting to prove his innocence.
He appealed to media pages to ensure their facts are accurate, stating court records and trial proceedings are publicly available.
