ABGP Files Memorandum over Indore Suburban Bus Irregularities

In Indore, a consumer group called ABGP has complained about the local buses.

They said that bus companies are charging more than they should be, like on the routes from Mhow to Indore and Indore to Pithampur.

ABGP also pointed out other problems, like drivers going too fast, not giving tickets, and not having the right safety gear.

Some bus staff were also reportedly rude to passengers and the buses didn't always have the proper insurance or permits.

ABGP wants the government to make sure the buses follow the rules, including displaying fare charts and contact numbers to lodge complaints.
