Gersh Promotes Debra Goldfarb and Mark Turner to Co-Heads of Alternative
Gersh, a talent agency, has promoted Debra Goldfarb and Mark Turner to be the new Co-Heads of Alternative.
They take over from Alec Shankman, who moved into management.
Goldfarb has over 30 years of experience in unscripted television and joined Gersh in 2017.
Turner also has 30 years of experience in unscripted TV and digital media, and joined Gersh in January 2024.
Along with Goldfarb and Turner, 13 others were also promoted across different divisions at Gersh.
These promotions are part of Gersh's significant growth, including expanding into new countries and launching new divisions.
The agency's president, Leslie Siebert, expressed confidence in the new leaders and their ability to drive the department's success.
