Chris Lynn Joins Hampshire Hawks for Vitality Blast Games
Australian batter Chris Lynn is joining the Hampshire Hawks cricket team for the last six games of the Vitality Blast tournament.
He's known for hitting lots of runs quickly.
This is happening because some other players are busy playing for their countries.
Lynn has a good record in this type of cricket, scoring many runs in the past.
The team hopes he'll help them win and get to the Finals Day.
He has played in many T20 matches and is expected to bring a lot of experience to the team.
The team director is excited to have him.
Chris Lynn joins Hampshire Hawks for the final six matches of the Vitality Blast group stage.
Lynn's arrival is due to international call-ups for Lhuan-dre Pretorius and Dewald Brevis.
Lynn previously played for Northamptonshire Steelbacks in the Blast, scoring 880 runs.
He has an extensive T20 record, with over 8,000 runs in 292 matches.
Hampshire's Director of Cricket, Giles White, believes Lynn's experience will boost the team.
