Bullock Cart Races Return to Punjab's Rural Olympics
Bullock cart races are coming back to the Kila Raipur Rural Olympics in Punjab after being banned for 12 years.
The races will happen from January 30 to February 1.
The Punjab government is organizing the event, and there will be a special committee to make sure the bullocks are treated well.
The races were banned in 2014 because of concerns about animal cruelty, but now they are allowed again with new rules.
The event will also have other sports like hockey, kabaddi, and cycle races, along with cultural performances.
People from all over are invited to watch and participate.
