Akhanda 2 Release Postponed Due to Legal Issues
The movie Akhanda 2, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, was supposed to come out on December 5.
But just before it was going to be released, the court said it couldn't be shown because the makers owe a lot of money to a company called Eros International.
The producers had to cancel the premieres and postpone the movie.
They said they are sorry and will announce a new date soon.
The producer Suresh Babu said that financial problems are common in movies and should not be talked about publicly.
Everyone is waiting to see when the movie will come out now.
Akhanda 2's release was postponed hours before its scheduled premiere on December 5.
The postponement was due to a court case filed by Eros International over outstanding payments of Rs 28 crore plus interest.
The Madras High Court ordered the film's release to be halted until the matter is settled.
Producer Suresh Babu stated that financial matters should not be discussed publicly.
The new release date for Akhanda 2 has not been announced yet.
