Tipra Motha Supports Airport and Rail Link in Kailashahar
Imagine a town called Kailashahar that used to have an airport and a train connection.
Now, they don't work anymore.
People in the town want them back!
A group called Tipra Motha agrees with the Congress party, who are asking for the airport and train to be fixed.
Having these would make it easier to travel and could also help the military.
The government is aware of the problem, but getting land is difficult.
Tipra Motha supports Congress's demand for an airport and railway link in Kailashahar.
The demand follows a recent strike by the Unakoti District Congress.
Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma of Tipra Motha has discussed the issue with Congress MLA Birajit Sinha.
Sinha emphasized the importance of the airport for tourism, passenger transport and defense.
