Jen Pawol to Make History as First Female MLB Umpire
Imagine baseball games, but now there's a new umpire!
Jen Pawol is about to make history by being the first woman ever to umpire a real Major League Baseball game.
She'll be working during a game between the Miami Marlins and the Atlanta Braves.
First, she'll be on the bases, watching all the action, during a Saturday where they play two games!
Then, on Sunday, she'll be right behind home plate, calling balls and strikes.
This is a super important moment, showing that anyone can do anything, no matter who they are.
Jen Pawol will become the first woman to umpire a regular-season MLB game.
