Bangkok Road Collapses, Creating Sinkhole, Disrupting City

In Bangkok, a road suddenly collapsed, forming a huge sinkhole and swallowing cars and utility poles.

This happened due to the construction of an underground train station nearby.

The collapse damaged the road, power lines, and water pipes.

Officials evacuated people from the police station and other buildings as a precaution.

Outpatient services at a nearby hospital were also temporarily closed.

Authorities are working to fix the damage, which is expected to take at least a year, as the area is susceptible to the monsoon season.
