Dream11's parent company, Sporta Technologies, has leased a big office space in Mumbai's Worli area.
They will pay about ₹30.46 crore every year for 169,250 square feet across four floors.
The rent will increase a little bit every year.
They also have to pay for maintenance and put down a deposit.
