Horizon Industrial Parks Announces Rs 2,600-Crore IPO

A company called Horizon Industrial Parks builds and runs big warehouses and factory buildings where goods are stored and made.

A large investment firm called Blackstone helps support the company.

Horizon wants to sell small pieces of itself to the public for the first time in an event called an IPO.

In an IPO, regular people can buy shares, which are like tiny ownership slips of the company.

The company hopes to raise about Rs 2,600 crore from this IPO.

The shares will cost between Rs 57 and Rs 60 each.

People will be able to buy these shares between August 17 and August 19, 2026.

Most of the money raised, about Rs 2,250 crore, will be used to pay off the company's loans.

Paying off loans means the company will owe much less money to banks and lenders.

Horizon owns a lot of space for business, about 61.1 million square feet across 10 cities.
