Skoda India Achieves Record Sales with Kylaq and Octavia RS
Skoda, a car company, had its best month ever for selling cars in India in October!
This was thanks to their new small SUV called the Kylaq, which has been very popular.
They also brought back a special sports car, the Octavia RS, and people loved it so much they bought all the first ones very quickly.
Skoda is celebrating 25 years in India and plans to bring more of these special sports cars next year.
While they have electric cars in other countries, they are waiting to bring electric cars to India because the rules about them are still changing.
They are also thinking about making cars that run on CNG, which is cheaper to run.
Skoda Auto India recorded its highest-ever monthly sales in October, primarily due to the success of the new Kylaq compact SUV.
The limited-edition Octavia RS experienced extremely high demand, with initial units selling out in minutes and over 350 bookings received.
Skoda is celebrating its 25th anniversary in India and plans to import more Octavia RS units next year based on global production quotas.
