J&K Tourism Wins Best Adventure Tourism Destination Award at TTF
Jammu and Kashmir is a beautiful place in India with tall mountains, lakes and snow.
People from its tourism department went to a big travel fair in Ahmedabad.
A travel fair is a special event where places show what visitors can see and do there.
At the fair, Jammu and Kashmir won an award for being the best adventure tourism destination.
Adventure tourism includes fun activities like trekking, rafting, skiing, mountaineering and paragliding.
The tourism team also talked about homestays, where travellers stay with local families.
They want visitors to enjoy the culture, food and traditions, not just the pretty views.
They especially hope to attract younger travellers who want exciting and real experiences.
