Sarkari School Students Win Hackathon with AI Solutions
A group of students from government schools in Andhra Pradesh created AI-powered solutions and won a competition!
They developed apps to help with schoolwork (EduCompanion), track menstrual health (CycleSathi), and assist farmers with sustainable crop choices (Soil Mate).
These students are now in Bengaluru, collaborating and learning more about AI.
Their goal is to make these apps into real prototypes with help from mentors, hoping to solve real-world problems using technology.
The students are excited about learning new things and expanding their knowledge.
Students from Srikakulam and Vizianagaram were recognized for their AI-based solutions.
The students' projects earned a place in the Amazon Future Engineer Makerspace Lab.
They participated in the 'Hack to the future Andhra 2025' hackathon.
The AI solutions address challenges in education, menstrual health, and farming.
The teams are now in Bengaluru developing the apps further.
