Telugu Cinema Blockbusters Delay Releases Amid Expanding Productions
Two big Telugu movies may take longer to reach theaters.
Raaka stars Allu Arjun and is directed by Atlee.
It was expected in December 2027 but may now arrive in early 2028.
The filmmakers are also turning Raaka into two movies because the story became very large.
Much of Raaka is being filmed on detailed sets in Mumbai.
Fauzi stars Prabhas and was officially scheduled for December 3, 2026.
Its team may now release it in March 2027 after checking and correcting the filmed material.
Both teams appear willing to delay their movies so the final versions are ready.
Allu Arjun’s Raaka has reportedly moved from December 2027 to early 2028.
January 26, 2028, is being considered as Raaka’s new release date.
Raaka will reportedly be split into two films because its story and footage expanded.
Prabhas’ Fauzi may move from December 3, 2026, to a March 2027 release window.
