The company recently held an IPO, which is when a business sells shares so people can own a tiny part of it.

The IPO was extremely popular, with about 134 times more bids than shares available, and investors offered over ₹41,300 crore in total.

Each share was priced at ₹53.

Before trading began, the unofficial grey market suggested shares might open at around ₹66.5 to ₹70.

Ardee Industries is also growing quickly, with revenue rising from ₹462.96 crore in FY24 to ₹1,167.65 crore in FY26.

The money raised will be used for working capital, repaying some debt and general business purposes.
