PG Electroplast shares in focus as revenue tops ₹2,000 crore

EBITDA rose 22% to ₹148 crore, but EBITDA margin narrowed 80 basis points to 7.3% from 8.1%, below the 7.7% poll estimate.
Net profit grew 12% to ₹75 crore from ₹66.7 crore, though it came in below the estimate of ₹82 crore.
The Room AC business grew 38% and contributes 70% of company sales, washing machines grew 67%, and the electronics business grew 65%.
Shares ended 1% higher on Thursday at ₹609; the stock is up 5% for the year and 33% from its June lows of ₹459.
