OpenAI Launches GPT-6 Astra as ‘World’s Most Intelligent’ Model

OpenAI has released a new AI system called GPT-6 Astra.

The company says it is its smartest and safest model so far.

It can help with browsing the internet, writing software, mathematics, and business tasks.

OpenAI says Astra performed very well on several difficult tests.

It also says the model helped solve some previously open math problems.

Astra can perform computer tasks such as entering customer data and installing software.

In one test, it finished tasks 47% faster than an earlier model called GPT-5.6 Sol.

OpenAI says Astra followed its authorized limits more reliably in its safety testing.

The model is first going to selected organizations and then to wider subscription and developer customers.
