Justice Anjaria Says AI Must Aid, Not Decide Justice
Justice N V Anjaria said computers can help courts study many cases quickly.
They may find patterns that people could miss.
However, he said computers should not decide the result of a person’s case.
Human judges must continue to use their judgment.
Justice Sunita Agarwal also said clear rules are needed for using AI in law.
