IIT Delhi Forms External Panel After Student Death Protests
Rishikesh Kumar was an MSc Physics student at IIT Delhi.
He died on August 22 after falling from a campus building.
Police are investigating and said they did not find a suicide note.
After the death, hundreds of students protested and asked for an independent investigation.
IIT Delhi created a five-person committee to examine what happened and how the institute handled student support.
