TN CM Vijay to Meet MPs on Delimitation, DMK Boycotts
The government in India wants to change how the country's election areas are drawn.
This process is called delimitation.
Tamil Nadu is a state in southern India.
Its leader, Chief Minister Vijay, is worried the new plan might not be fair for Tamil Nadu.
He called a meeting with members of Parliament from Tamil Nadu.
They will talk about how the new plan could affect the state.
But the DMK, a big political party, said its MPs will not go.
The DMK thinks the meeting was arranged the wrong way and that its top leaders should have been invited first.
The DMK also wants the government to talk about the Mekedatu water issue before it joins any meeting.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay will chair a meeting of the state's MPs on Saturday at 3 pm at Kalaivanar Arangam in Chennai to deliberate on the Centre's delimitation proposal.
DMK MPs are set to boycott the meeting, with a party MP calling the invitation of MPs a 'flawed move' and saying the government should have invited the party's top leadership first.
DMK said it will participate only if the government convenes an all-party meeting on the Mekedatu issue.
Congress MP Manickam Tagore said those who put Tamil Nadu first will attend, adding that the meeting is about the state's rights, interests and future; Congress is an ally of the ruling TVK.
CM Vijay said he proposed holding talks with Karnataka on the Cauvery (Mekedatu) issue, citing hope for a positive outcome, and declared in the Assembly he did not wish to indulge in cheap politics on it.
