MP Students Eat Republic Day Meal on Torn Book Pages

On Republic Day, students in a government school in Madhya Pradesh were given their special meal on torn notebook pages instead of plates.

This happened even though the government had given money to buy plates.

People saw a video of this and got very angry.

The officials said they will find out what happened and punish those responsible.

This is not the first time this has happened.

Last year, something similar happened in another village.

The government promised to make the meals better, but these pictures show that many children still do not have clean plates to eat from.
