Satwik-Chirag’s China Masters Triumph Boosts Asian Games Hopes
Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty won a major badminton tournament in China.
They beat He Ji Ting and Ren Xiang Yu in three games.
The Indian pair lost the first game because their shots helped the Chinese players play quickly.
They changed their strategy and used straighter, more controlled shots.
This helped them win the next two games.
It was their third attempt to win the China Masters title.
Chirag said the victory gave them confidence before the Asian Games.
The pair plans to train hard for 10 days before competing in Aichi-Nagoya.
They will try to defend their previous Asian Games title.
