Survey Finds Students Favor Flexible Classrooms as Smart Learning Expands

A study looked at how technology and classroom design are changing education in India.

Most students surveyed said they like classrooms that can be rearranged.

This lets them work together or study quietly when needed.

All the participating schools used some classroom technology.

Many teachers said the technology was easy to use.

However, schools are using technology more for teaching than for digital tests or personalised learning.

The study also found that smart classrooms were linked with higher enrolment in 19 cities.

It said good furniture, sound, visibility and classroom layouts are also important for learning.
