Puravankara Expands Portfolio with Rs 13,900 Crore Acquisitions
Puravankara Limited, a big real estate company in India, recently shared its progress.
In the last nine months, they added a lot of new land for building, worth about Rs 13,900 crores.
They bought land in places like Bengaluru and Mumbai.
In the third quarter, they sold properties worth Rs 1,414 crores, which is 17% more than last year.

Puravankara handed over 1,116 homes in Q3FY26, bringing the cumulative handover for 9MFY26 to 2,446 homes.
India's GDP growth was 8.2% YoY in Q2 FY26, with residential housing demand moderating but commercial real estate remaining resilient.
