West Bengal School Service Commission Releases SLST Interview List for 20,500 Teacher Candidates

The government of West Bengal has released a list of over 20,000 people who will be interviewed for teaching jobs in high schools.

These jobs are for teaching older students in grades 11 and 12.

The list is for a test called the SLST, which happened a while ago.

People on this list will have their documents checked starting November 18th.

This is part of a big effort to hire new teachers after some old hires were removed by a court.

The goal is to fill about 12,445 teaching spots.

The interviews are a step in making sure the new teachers are the best people for the job and that the hiring process is fair and open.

The whole process should be finished by December.
