MP CM Honors Women Achievers, Announces Ladli Behna Increase
In Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav recognized successful women at the Madhya Pradesh Excellence Awards.
He announced that women in the Ladli Behna Yojana will receive Rs 1,500 monthly starting in November.
The CM emphasized that women are now job creators, not just job seekers, and highlighted the government's support for women-led businesses, noting that women lead almost half of all startups in the state.
He also contrasted the current government's efforts with the past, highlighting women's empowerment.
