VPLS elects new president, honors late leader
The Visakhapatnam Public Library Society (VPLS) has a new president named K. Venkateswarulu.
He is a doctor who specializes in the brain.
The society had a meeting where they chose him as the new leader.
They also remembered and honored their former president, S. Vijay Kumar, who recently passed away.
