Bazel International Approves 1:1 Bonus Share Issue
Bazel International, a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, held a special meeting where shareholders agreed to give out extra shares for free.
For every share someone owns, they will get another one.
This is like a gift from the company to say thank you to its shareholders.
The company has enough money saved to do this without hurting its future plans.
They also bought another company called Arur Footwear and are working on making it better.
The extra shares will be added to people's accounts electronically, and the company will follow all the rules to make sure this happens fairly.
Bazel International's EGM approved a 1:1 bonus share issue, with one new share for every existing share held.
The company will use INR 6.00 crore from its reserves of INR 47.08 crore for the bonus issue.
Bonus shares will be issued in dematerialized form and listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company's Managing Director expressed confidence in the business model and long-term strategy.
Bazel International recently acquired Arur Footwear and is focusing on operational consolidation and brand development.
