Champion Witnesses Dip in Collections on Day 2

The film Champion, a patriotic sports drama, had a strong start at the box office, collecting Rs 2.5 crore net on its first day.

However, on the second day, its collections dropped to Rs 1.5 crore net.

The film received support from big names like S S Rajamouli, Jr NTR, and Ram Charan, which helped it initially.

But some viewers found the mix of sports and patriotism confusing, and the story didn't connect well with everyone.

The director, Pradeep Advaitham, was criticized for not delivering a convincing narrative.

Roshan Meka, the lead actor, had worked hard on the film for nearly three years, hoping it would be a big success like Lagaan, but it didn't reach the same emotional high.
