APJAC Begins Employee Agitation, Warns of Work-to-Rule Action
APJAC agitation from today, serves notice to collectors · thehansindia.com

APJAC Amaravati is a group representing government employees and others.

It says employees, teachers and pensioners are waiting for unresolved issues and unpaid money to be addressed.

The group gave notices to district collectors about a planned protest.

Starting September 1, employees will use a special WhatsApp picture and wear black badges.

They will also hold demonstrations during lunch breaks on September 3 and 5.

If the government does not respond, work-to-rule action will start on September 15.

Work-to-rule means employees follow official rules very strictly as a form of protest.

APJAC says the protest will remain democratic but could become stronger later.
