FIR Filed Against RD Patil in Jail Assault Case
RD Patil, who was in jail for being involved in a big scam, was given bail.
On the same day he was released, he got into a fight with a jail officer.
The officer asked him how he got bail and pushed him, making him bleed from his ear and hurt his back.
Patil then filed a complaint against the officer, saying he was hurt and his rights were violated.
The officer was also accused of abusing his power.
The police are now looking into both complaints to find out what really happened.
RD Patil, the prime accused in the PSI recruitment scam, was granted a 3-week interim bail on November 21.
On the same day, Patil allegedly assaulted a jail officer, leading to an FIR being filed against him.
Patil also filed an FIR against jail officer Shivkumar, accusing him of assault and causing injuries to his left ear and back.
Patil claimed the incident was a serious case of abuse of power, criminal intimidation, and wrongful detention.
The police have been asked to conduct a detailed investigation into the matter, examining the FIRs filed by both Patil and the jail staff.
