UP-Japan Partnership Targets Concrete Projects in Hydrogen and Skills
Uttar Pradesh and Japan want to turn their partnership into real projects.
Yamanashi Governor Kotaro Nagasaki said meetings and agreements are not enough by themselves.
He wants companies from both sides to work together for many years.
One possible area is training people for nursing and nursing-care jobs.
Another important area is green hydrogen, which can be made using renewable energy.
Yamanashi has experience with making, storing and using hydrogen.
The governor said Uttar Pradesh could develop a large hydrogen project using this experience.
