Hyderabad: Expediting New Electrical Service Approvals
The head of TGSPDCL, Musharraf Faruqui, is making sure that new electricity connections are processed quickly.
He told officials to clear the backlog of applications.
To avoid causing power outages when setting up new connections, they will now schedule power shutdowns on Saturdays.
They'll also use these times to trim trees and fix equipment.
Faruqui is personally checking the network to make sure it’s working well by visiting areas with frequent problems.
TGSPDCL CMD Musharraf Faruqui addressed pending applications for new services.
Officials were directed to promptly resolve pending applications.
