Haryana to become global education hub with AI focus
Haryana is planning to become a global education hub by focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The state will set up AI hubs in Panchkula and Gurugram and provide AI-linked skills training to two lakh youth.
All existing Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) will be upgraded, and new ones will be established in various districts.
The government will also provide financial assistance to youth for self-employment and those who qualify the Haryana Common Eligibility Test (CET) will get guaranteed work hours or an allowance if they don't find employment within two years.
Additionally, centres for training in AI, robotics, and drone technologies will be set up, and five youth from Haryana will participate in a world-level skills competition in China.
