MSR Named Honorary President of TWU Mahabubnagar Depot

Marepally Surender Reddy, also called MSR, received a new honorary role at a bus depot in Mahabubnagar.

He became honorary president of the Telangana Workers Union there.

Union members welcomed him with a small ceremony.

Reddy said he would help workers and try to solve their problems.

He said the government had paid some old arrears and introduced two pay revisions.

He thanked bus workers for helping run the Mahalakshmi scheme.

That scheme gives women free bus travel.

He also asked workers to support TWU candidates in the October 9 union election.
