Google Updates Pixel 8 Panorama Mode
Google has added a new guided Panorama mode to the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro phones.
This feature helps users take wide-angle photos by showing them exactly where to move their phone.
It also works with Night Sight, which makes photos brighter and clearer in the dark.
The new mode is easier to use than old methods and gives users more control over their photos.
It's part of Google's effort to make the Pixel phones great for taking pictures.
However, this feature is only available on the Pixel 8 series and not on older models like the Pixel 7 Pro.
Google introduced a guided Panorama mode for Pixel 8 series, reviving features from the discontinued Photo Sphere.
The new mode uses on-screen dots and text prompts to guide users in capturing wide-angle images.
Night Sight support is included, allowing for better low-light panoramic photos.
The feature is available on Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro via Pixel Camera version 10.2.
Pixel 7 Pro users do not have access to this feature despite having the same app version.
