How to Recover Lost Luggage: Steps for Airport Recovery
If you lose something at the airport, don't worry, there's a system to help you get it back.
First, check the airport's website to see if your item has been found.
If you lost it recently, tell the Duty Terminal Manager.
If it's been longer, go to the Lost & Found office.
When you go to claim your item, bring proof that it is yours like your ID and boarding pass.
You can also send a courier to pick it up for you.
For next time, use smart luggage tags or digital trackers to make finding lost items easier.
Check the AAI website's Lost and Found section to find lost items.
Report lost items to the Duty Terminal Manager within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, visit the AAI Lost & Found office.
Provide valid ID and travel documents when claiming items.
Arrange courier pickup if unable to visit the airport in person.
