Aadhar Housing on Track for Growth
Aadhar Housing Finance is doing well and expects to grow a lot in the next few years.
Their boss, Rishi Anand, says they are on track to lend more money in the second half of the year and their total money managed (AUM) will grow by 20–22%.
They have enough money to grow without needing more right now.
They lend money to people who might not get loans from big banks, and they are not worried about competition.
They expect to double their AUM in about three and a half years.
Their bad loans are low, and they are doing well in many states.
Aadhar Housing Finance is on track for 18% disbursement growth in H2 and 20–22% AUM growth for the current financial year.
The company expects to close the year with a cost of funds of about 7.75%.
Aadhar Housing does not plan to raise capital in the near term, believing it is adequately capitalized for the next two-and-a-half to three years.
Housing demand is strong, supported by income tax benefits, PMAY 2.0, and the ₹10,000-crore SWAMIH 2.0 fund.
Gross NPAs are expected to remain in the 1.10–1.15% range for the year.
